石灰行業新一代技術裝備創新研發攻關行動方案
中(zhong)國建筑材料聯合會(hui)中(zhong)國石灰協會(hui)為貫(guan)徹落(luo)實“創新提升、超越引(yin)領(ling)”發展(zhan)戰略,推(tui)動我(wo)國石灰工業技術裝備達到(dao)世界領(ling)先水平,特制訂(ding)本方(fang)案。
一、國內外技術裝備發展現狀和趨勢
石(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)是(shi)自然界最普遍的(de)(de)(de)礦(kuang)產資源,是(shi)煅燒(shao)石(shi)灰(hui)的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)本(ben)原料。石(shi)灰(hui)是(shi)石(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)經(jing)高(gao)(gao)溫煅燒(shao)生(sheng)成的(de)(de)(de)堿性較強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)氧化(hua)(hua)物(wu),是(shi)鋼鐵(tie)、塑料兩(liang)大基(ji)材的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要輔料及基(ji)本(ben)原料,在(zai)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)廢水處理、垃圾(ji)焚燒(shao)、煙氣脫硫等(deng)環保(bao)領(ling)域(yu)有巨(ju)大的(de)(de)(de)市(shi)場(chang)前景(jing)。作為性價比(bi)最高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)堿性氧化(hua)(hua)物(wu),因其(qi)高(gao)(gao)鈣特性,石(shi)灰(hui)還廣(guang)泛(fan)應用于高(gao)(gao)速公路、高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)、建筑業(ye)(ye)、工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(有色、造紙、制糖(tang)、純堿、食品(pin)、醫(yi)藥、建材制品(pin))、農業(ye)(ye)等(deng)領(ling)域(yu),是(shi)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎原材料。
目前我國(guo)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)年產(chan)量(liang)約2.7億噸,占世界石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)總產(chan)量(liang)的(de)70%。我國(guo)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)工業技術(shu)裝(zhuang)備(bei)包含(han)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)焙燒(shao)(shao)(shao)裝(zhuang)備(bei)及石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)消化裝(zhuang)備(bei),其(qi)中石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)焙燒(shao)(shao)(shao)裝(zhuang)備(bei)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)包含(han)以(yi)下六類石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)窯(yao)型:混燒(shao)(shao)(shao)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)豎窯(yao)、雙膛窯(yao)、套筒窯(yao)、回轉窯(yao)、氣燒(shao)(shao)(shao)豎窯(yao)和梁式窯(yao),石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)消化裝(zhuang)備(bei)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)為氫(qing)氧化鈣生產(chan)裝(zhuang)備(bei)。我國(guo)混燒(shao)(shao)(shao)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)豎窯(yao)目前技術(shu)裝(zhuang)備(bei)水平國(guo)際領先,單窯(yao)產(chan)量(liang)大型化,日(ri)產(chan)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)可達600t,生過燒(shao)(shao)(shao)率在(zai)10%以(yi)下,噸灰(hui)(hui)標煤耗能夠(gou)控制在(zai)130kg以(yi)下,但(dan)仍存在(zai)大量(liang)落(luo)后的(de)普通(tong)混燒(shao)(shao)(shao)石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)豎窯(yao)亟需被替代或置換。
我(wo)國(guo)(guo)雙膛(tang)窯(yao)(yao)(yao)技(ji)(ji)術裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)目前(qian)已(yi)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)國(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)化(hua)且經(jing)過不(bu)斷(duan)改進(jin),處(chu)(chu)于(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)水(shui)平,不(bu)足之處(chu)(chu)是(shi)目前(qian)雙膛(tang)窯(yao)(yao)(yao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)占總(zong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)比(bi)(bi)例(li)(li)較低(di)。我(wo)國(guo)(guo)套筒窯(yao)(yao)(yao)技(ji)(ji)術裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)目前(qian)已(yi)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)國(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)化(hua)且經(jing)過不(bu)斷(duan)改進(jin),處(chu)(chu)于(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)水(shui)平,特別(bie)在(zai)(zai)燃(ran)料(liao)使用(yong)范圍方面(mian)達到(dao)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)領先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)水(shui)平,不(bu)足之處(chu)(chu)是(shi)目前(qian)套筒窯(yao)(yao)(yao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)占總(zong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)比(bi)(bi)例(li)(li)較低(di)。我(wo)國(guo)(guo)回轉(zhuan)窯(yao)(yao)(yao)技(ji)(ji)術裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)目前(qian)已(yi)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)國(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)化(hua)且經(jing)過不(bu)斷(duan)改進(jin),處(chu)(chu)于(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)水(shui)平,回轉(zhuan)窯(yao)(yao)(yao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)占總(zong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)比(bi)(bi)例(li)(li)偏低(di),在(zai)(zai)低(di)氮燃(ran)燒方面(mian)和(he)余熱利(li)用(yong)方面(mian)有很(hen)大潛力可發掘。我(wo)國(guo)(guo)TGS氣(qi)燒豎(shu)窯(yao)(yao)(yao)是(shi)帶中心(xin)燒嘴(zui)的(de)氣(qi)燒石灰豎(shu)窯(yao)(yao)(yao),在(zai)(zai)全(quan)世界屬于(yu)(yu)首創(chuang),處(chu)(chu)于(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)領先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)水(shui)平,主要(yao)體(ti)(ti)現(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai)單窯(yao)(yao)(yao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)大,且可以利(li)用(yong)低(di)熱值氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)燃(ran)料(liao)。梁式(shi)窯(yao)(yao)(yao)技(ji)(ji)術裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)處(chu)(chu)于(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)領先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)水(shui)平,國(guo)(guo)外三代(dai)四代(dai)的(de)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)在(zai)(zai)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)已(yi)經(jing)發展到(dao)第六代(dai),梁式(shi)窯(yao)(yao)(yao)利(li)用(yong)導熱梁能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠降低(di)能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗,提高(gao)(gao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)質(zhi)量。我(wo)國(guo)(guo)的(de)石灰消化(hua)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)處(chu)(chu)于(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)水(shui)平,但(dan)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)不(bu)足,離(li)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)領先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)水(shui)平還有差距(ju),主要(yao)體(ti)(ti)現(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai)原料(liao)控制和(he)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)質(zhi)量上(shang),如產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)純度和(he)比(bi)(bi)表面(mian)積方面(mian),目前(qian)高(gao)(gao)端氫氧化(hua)鈣產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)主要(yao)還是(shi)依(yi)賴進(jin)口。
隨著國(guo)(guo)內工程技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)人員對進(jin)口裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)的消化(hua)吸收,目(mu)(mu)前國(guo)(guo)產化(hua)的技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)與國(guo)(guo)際(ji)領先水平的差距在(zai)逐年縮小,且由(you)于(yu)環(huan)保政策和(he)成本控(kong)制因素,我國(guo)(guo)石(shi)灰(hui)生產能耗和(he)環(huan)保排放(fang)指標均處于(yu)世界先進(jin)水平。由(you)于(yu)國(guo)(guo)產化(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)在(zai)價格上相(xiang)比進(jin)口技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)優勢明顯,各類窯型(xing)走(zou)向國(guo)(guo)際(ji)化(hua)都存在(zai)著高性價比的優勢,但由(you)于(yu)國(guo)(guo)內市場需求旺盛,目(mu)(mu)前部分(fen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)廠(chang)家(jia)還(huan)是(shi)將(jiang)主要(yao)業務(wu)留在(zai)國(guo)(guo)內。走(zou)向國(guo)(guo)際(ji)化(hua)面對的主要(yao)挑(tiao)戰(zhan)有對國(guo)(guo)外政策風(feng)險的把(ba)握(wo)、人才儲備(bei)(bei)(bei)和(he)工期的考慮,隨著“一帶一路”走(zou)向深(shen)入(ru),更(geng)多(duo)的沿(yan)線國(guo)(guo)家(jia)石(shi)灰(hui)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)的需求將(jiang)給(gei)國(guo)(guo)內石(shi)灰(hui)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)(bei)企業帶來商機。

五、組織與保障措施建立
